Share
To celebrate cherry blossom season, The Coral Room has teamed up with Everleaf to create two delicious cocktails which will be served throughout April.
The Mitsuike Park Highball (£15) is a refreshing cocktail bursting with citrus aromas, lightly sweet honeycomb flavours, tropical fruits and the subtle essence of Japanese cherry blossom. While the Dreamy Cherry Blossom (£15) is crafted with Everleaf Mountain, Roku Japanese gin and Maison Mirabeau’s ‘La Folie’ sparkling rosé.

Nothing says spring quite like the beautiful cherry blossoms which flower across the capital after the Spring Equinox. To celebrate the start of the season, The Coral Room has teamed up with Everleaf to create two bloomin’ marvellous cocktails which will be served throughout April.
Inspired by pastel pink petals, these delightful libations will be served in a glass terrarium adorned with fresh florals. The Mitsuike Park Highball (£15) combines Everleaf Mountain, a non-alcoholic aperitif made from 12 sustainably sourced botanicals including cherry blossom, rosehip, and strawberry, with HeavenSake’s Junmai Ginjo and London Essence’s peach & jasmine soda. This creates a refreshing cocktail bursting with citrus aromas, lightly sweet honeycomb flavours, tropical fruits, and the subtle essence of Japanese cherry blossom.
For those looking for a fresh cocktail, the Dreamy Cherry Blossom (£15) is crafted with Everleaf Mountain, Roku Japanese gin and Maison Mirabeau’s ‘La Folie’ sparkling rosé. Each sip provides a blend of the gin’s clean botanicals, with the elegant cherry blossom, strawberry and bittersweet rosehip in Everleaf’s Mountain aperitif.
Drink the season in one cherry blossom inspired cocktail at a time. Kanpai!
