New research has revealed the UK’s best places to pick your own pumpkin in 2024. The list, compiled by meal box delivery company HelloFresh, analysed over 30 pumpkin patches across the country, awarding scores based on various factors such as Google ratings, admission prices, social media followers, and the chance of rain.
Cannon Hall Farm in South Yorkshire took the top spot with a perfect score of 100. Following closely were Farmer Copleys in Yorkshire with a score of 80.3 and Cotswold Farm Park in Cheltenham scoring 80.
Located in South Yorkshire, Cannon Hall Farm boasts almost 10,000 pumpkins available to pick with expert carvers on site, making it a top destination for pumpkin picking enthusiasts.
The research also highlighted the pumpkin patches with the highest Google ratings. Windmill Animal Farm in Ormskirk, Sompting Pumpkins in Sompting, and Arnprior Farm in Scotland all achieved an impressive rating of 4.8 out of 5.
