London’s highest public garden, Sky Garden, is launching its Summer Spritz Terrace just in time for Londoners to soak up warmer months.
Whether date night, girl’s night out or after-work drinks, enjoy refreshing summer spritzes and seasonal tasting plates combined with some of the best views of the capital.
Open from 4 June and throughout the summer months, guests can venture up to the 37th floor, 155m above the city, to watch the summer rays set over the London skyline whilst sipping on the new, limited-edition spritz menu. From Aperol and Limoncello spritzes to The Lillet with Lillet Blanc, prosecco, soda, and fresh lemon; and the bubbly Moët & Chandon, there’s a spritz with your name on it. There’s even a zero-proof option – The Ceder’s Rose Spritz using Ceder’s Rose, tonic water, Noughty sparkling chardonnay and raspberries.
Pair with delicious summer tasting plates such as Ceviche Sea Bream with chilli, lime, and coriander, Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil; and an indulgent Penny Buns, Wild Horses & Champagne, with horse mushrooms, cep, early harvest olive oil, parsley, and oregano.
Guests visiting the Summer Spritz Terrace can also access Sky Garden’s Music Nights,in collaboration with luxury event music curation agency ALR, who have hosted events for the Beckham-Peltz families, the British Royal Family and an array of A-list celebrities. Head to the 35th floor for live music and tunes from the venue’s resident DJ as you party against a backdrop of the city’s most iconic buildings.
Tickets for the Sky Garden Summer Spritz Terrace start from £40 and include a choice of spritz, two plates, and access to Sky Garden’s Music Nights; or from £55 for 1.5 hours of bottomless spritzes, two plates, and access to Sky Garden’s Music Nights.
