TOZI Victoria to launch new menu in celebration of Chelsea Flower Show

As Belgravia in Bloom and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show transform the neighbourhood into a feast for the eyes, TOZI Restaurant & Bar is excited to join in the festivities with its collection of floral-inspired food and drink.
Available between the 21st – 25th of May, the menu has been created by Head Chef Maurillio Molteni and captures the essence of Spring across a curated selection of cicchetti dishes and cocktails.
At the heart of the menu is The Blossom Breeze. Botanical bliss in a glass, the cocktail is a refreshing blend of Malfy Gin, Italicus, and Sake with floral notes of Camomilla that promise to evoke a sense of Spring with every sip.
The food menu will delight those looking to recharge after exploring the displays. Showcasing true Italian craftsmanship in every dish, diners can choose from a collection of dishes that share the sensibilities of the show.
For just £60 per person, guests can choose from a selection of mouthwatering starters, including lightly fried Cauliflower Fritti with truffle mayo and creamy Burrata paired with heritage tomatoes and basil pesto.
The main courses offer a tantalising variety of dishes to satisfy all palates, from the Tuna Tartare with a hint of chilli, rocket, and lime to Buffalo Ricotta Ravioli topped with decadent black truffle.
Meat lovers will relish Rustichelle, tender Welsh lamb ragout with rosemary, while vegetarians will delight at the Aubergine Parmigiana, featuring layers of grilled aubergine, tomato, and parmesan. The Roasted Hake, accompanied by fennel puree, samphire, and salmoriglio, is perfect for lovers of seafood.
To finish, the dessert course delivers a sweet ending with the Strawberry Delice, which is sure to be a truly indulgent finale.
