5-star hotel The Grand, York, has relaunched its popular festive afternoon tea for this year’s Christmas season.
Set in the AA Rosette award-winning restaurant The Rise, which boasts interiors inspired by the city’s local heritage elegantly decorated for the festive season, diners can enjoy an array of seasonal treats prepared by The Grand’s expert chefs.
The menu includes holiday favourites such as pork, apple, and cranberry sausage rolls, delicately filled turkey sandwiches, and freshly baked cinnamon scones, to help bring the magical flavours of the season to life.
Served with a festive cocktail, and with options to upgrade to prosecco, Champagne or gin, the festive afternoon tea is a perfect way for guests to embrace feeling merry and bright this Christmas.
For the little ones, a children’s festive afternoon tea is also available. Including ham and cheese white star sandwiches, cinnamon scones, cake pops and more, the children’s menu is served with a choice of tea, orange or apple juice.
