As a Bocuse D’Or silver and bronze medalist, Suzdalkina is highly specialised in European and Peruvian cuisine. Her culinary focus on healthy meals, including vegan dishes, aligns perfectly with the modern trend towards more health-conscious dining. One of Chef Suzdalkina’s standout features is her sugar-free cooking technique, which not only caters to the health-conscious but also showcases her culinary mastery. The collaboration with Chef Suzdalkina promises to elevate the resort’s culinary experience, providing guests with a diverse range of carefully crafted, delectable dishes that embody the essence of European and Peruvian cuisine while prioritising health and wellness.

Visiting Wellness Practitioners
For those looking to relax and unwind at Christmas, InterContinental Maldives’ unique wellness journeys include visiting expert practitioners and healing treatments at the AVI Spa and explore the wellness journeys that the visiting practitioners have prepared, creating once-in-a-lifetime memories for the whole family or romantic interlude for two to remember forever. Visiting practitioner, Shree Devi will be on resort from 5th December till 9th January 2024 during the festive season. Devi will be offering guests the opportunity to experience the art of sound, astrology and past life regression therapy. With many years of experience in the wellness world, Devi has been practising in the US for over 17 years after working across India during her initial training in holistic healing.
