Serenity & Wellness in Nature at The Nest Glamping Retreat

The Nest Glamping, where African Safari meets English countryside, where better to enjoy the Great British outdoors than the experiential glamping retreat nestled in the heart of Lincolnshire.
Designed with wellness in mind, a stay at The Nest will reconnect, re-energise and get you back to your zen place.
With three dog friendly, luxury lakeside glamping lodges that sleep up to six, The Nest is the perfect spot to spend a summer’s weekend or longer jaunt with friends and family. Think relaxing in the sun, wild swimming in the lake, forest bathing, barbecuing, enjoying an outdoor movie nestled under the stars, warmed by the firepit and so much more.

Brand new for the 2025 season, The Nest has installed a sauna, bookable for just £50 an hour for up to three people. The sauna is aptly positioned on the edge of the lake, perfect for some hot cold therapy for brave guests who like the sound of a lake plunge followed by relaxation in the sauna to rejuvenate mind, body and soul.
A stay at The Nest can be as adventure packed or as calming as you like. There are an array of experiences to try your hand at during your stay, from paddle boarding, in-lodge spa treatments (including facials and massages), pizza making evenings and watching films under the stars around a firepit, toasting marshmallows, wood-fired hot tubs, fishing, bird watching, board games and it doesn’t stop there!
Forest bathing is a must during any stay at The Nest, giving you the chance to decompress at your leisure, and for the little ones, The Nest’s Bush School immerses young explorers in nature in a fun, interactive and informative way. An afternoon can easily be spent riding the resident Dales Ponies around the site, it really is that idyllic.

LODGES
Inspired by luxury safari camps in Kenya, the three unique lodges combine comfort, style and sophistication, with the charm and serene feeling of being at one with nature, without compromising luxury comforts.
‘Pinkfoot’, ‘Cuckoo’ and ‘Teal’ Lodges each sleep up to 6 guests, and are positioned far enough apart to provide total privacy for sole use as a family or group of friends, but close enough for exclusive use of all three. Each lodge offers a king-size master room with lake views and direct access to the outdoors, as well as a twin room and a separate king-size cabin bunk. A large bathroom with an egg-shaped bathtub, offers the perfect place to soak in, whilst White Company linen and amenities combined with quality pillows, duvets and blankets provide the perfect setup for a good night sleep and real home from home feel.

The focal point of each lodge is the vast living room/kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all the mod-cons, crockery and cutlery you’d expect from self-catering accommodation. A large wood burning stove not only keeps the lodge warm in any weather, but is a combined cooker and stove, allowing you to cook up a feast anytime of day – each lodge also comes with a Weber BBQ. A large dining table for 6 and deep set sofas provide the perfect place to catch up with friends, enjoy cosy family nights in, or simply kick back, relax and take in the breathtaking views of the lake and fields beyond. The entire front of the lodge opens up to reveal a large deck, providing the perfect setting for a morning coffee, alfresco breakfast, a sundowner or outdoor supper setting.
