Caroline Hirons, Jenni Falconer, Dr Dev Patel and Donna May among the celebrity beauty experts to line-up for first festival style Beauty Show
Skin expert, facialist and ambassador for The British Beauty Council Caroline Hirons, founder of Skin Rocks, will offer her expertise live on stage at The festival style Beauty Show (20-21 September, Business Design Centre, London). The new event will provide inspiring makeup, skincare and haircare advice and guidance.
Seasoned TV and radio presenter Jenni Falconer, a familiar daily voice on Smooth Breakfast and a regular on ITV’s This Morning, and host of the popular running community podcast ‘RunPod’, featuring guests such as Mo Farah and Amanda Holden, will also be among the high-profile beauty and wellness experts.
Globally reputed aesthetic physician, speaker and trainer and winner of multiple industry awards Dr Dev Patel, who founded the revolutionary new skincare brand CellDerma, which focuses on growth factor technology, will speak about his pioneering gas-plasma technology in aesthetic practice and his specialist face and body contouring that he performs at his skin clinic Perfect Skin Solutions.
Founder and creative director of DONNA MAY LONDON Donna May will offer trustworthy insider celebrity makeup tips and tricks, acquired over 25 years working within the television industry. She truly believes it shouldn’t cost a fortune to look fabulous – it is simply having the knowledge to know how to use what you have.

Makeup artist Aarti P, renowned for her expertise in South-Asian Beauty, and an acclaimed beauty educator and brand consultant for publications including Marie Claire, The Guardian, Who What Wear and Grazia, will share the insights that have earned her titles including UK’s Best Hair & Makeup Artists by Harper’s Bazaar UK, and an inspiring industry leader within the British beauty scene, acknowledged by The British Beauty Council.
Award-winning beauty journalist and author Alice Hart-Davis, who has reported on non-surgical cosmetic procedures and skincare for 25 years and tried countless procedures and products to review them, will impart her first-hand knowledge as well as theory about what really works when it comes to products and tweakments. She will divulge the latest products and developments that she gleans from conferences around the world as well as the time she spends with the practitioners, dermatologists, scientists and brands behind these fast-expanding technologies.
Chelseé Lewis, one of Tatler’s best London facialists and go-to skin connoisseurs offering the very finest in facials and skin therapies for some of the most renowned individuals in the industry, including beauty editors through to A-list celebrities and royalty, will impart her knowledge on good skin and how to keep skin healthy, young and looking beautifully fresh.
Millie Kendall is co-founder and CEO of the British Beauty Council. She has been creating and marketing beauty brands for the past 30 years and has worked with the UK’s leading retailers to launch some of the most iconic brands in global markets. Millie was awarded an MBE in 2007 for services to the cosmetics industry and OBE in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List for services to hair and beauty.
Ruby Hammer MBE began her beauty career over 40 years ago, making her one of the most recognisable and sought-after makeup artists in the world. Pushing boundaries and redefining the beauty category, she has created iconic looks on 80s supermodels and launched Ruby & Millie, the first British-inclusive makeup artist range. In 2007, Ruby received an MBE from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for services to the cosmetics industry.
Dr Thivi Maruthappu is the UK’s first dual-qualified Consultant Dermatologist and Nutritionist and is the author of SkinFood, an international bestseller. She is passionate about a holistic approach to skin health and is the recipient of numerous awards and prizes. She is regularly invited to lecture internationally on the role of nutrition and skin health.
Aimee Connolly is a make-up artist and the Founder and CEO of award-winning cult makeup and skincare brand Sculpted by Aimee and makeup school Sculpted: The Academy. She’s also an Influencer, trusted for her authentic, confidence-boosting and #filterfreeapproach to beauty, a magazine columnist and TV presenter.

The festival style Beauty Show, a new consumer event for beauty enthusiasts, from newcomers to those exploring midlife tweakments, will celebrate all aspects of beauty in the capital city this autumn. Other leading industry experts from the likes of Marie Claire, woman&home and Who What Wear will deliver live, engaging content across a range of inspiring stages to attract all ages. These include: The Marie Claire Zone, curated by Marie Claire’s editorial team led by beauty director Lisa Oxenham; The woman&home Stage, curated by the woman&home editorial team led by Sarah Cooper-White and Hannah Fernando; The Salon, in partnership with the team at Who What Wear, where the latest trends in beauty for 2024 and beyond will be uncovered through live talks and beauty stations; and The Beauty Show’s Main Hair & Beauty Stage, sponsored by UKLASH, the fastest-growing, UK-based eyelash serum, lash, brow, and hair brand.
In addition, the beauty show will feature Express Treatment Bars, The Nails Express Treatment Bar, The Lash Treatment Bar, The CellDerma Express Treatment bar, and The Foundation Bar. The expansive exhibition hall will showcase over 60 leading beauty brands, from established favourites to exciting newcomers and visitors will have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of products and services, from skincare and makeup to haircare and fragrance.
