Matcha Matcha is sourced from small independent farmers in the lush lands of Uji, Japan, a region commonly known as the origin of matcha. Using shade grown tea leaves blossomed in the first Spring harvest, the sustainably grown leaves are hand-picked and masterfully blended. The expert process crafts matcha of a ceremonial grade, allowing for the highest quality experience characterised by its effervescent green hue, rich flavour and silky-smooth texture.

Matcha Matcha came to life out of founder Maxime van de Riet’s love-hate relationship with coffee. As with many coffee drinkers, she found comfort in the morning ritual, a time to pause and reflect for the day ahead. However, she was tired of the inevitable drawbacks and sought a better alternative.
